I am feeling great about my decision to stop smoking. Today is Day One, 3/29/11, and I am doing fine. I am excited to begin this smoke free path in life. I wish success for all who desire to quit smoking.

You've all been a big help. You guys don't tell me what to do or hold my hand; you motivate me to do this on my own. I'm just really glad I called in. Also, my Quit Coach really knew what he was talking about. He really impressed me. At the time I thought his suggestions were kind of crazy; but I tried them and they work! Thank you so much.

I really appreciate you all for helping. You just being on the other end of the phone for someone to talk to really helps. I was going through some difficult times, but you talked me out of it. You know, you have been a great help! Plus, reading the book really helped. Now I'm happier, breathing better, and have more money!

Today I found my 2 year old with a Marlboro in her mouth trying to "light it" with her thumb. I want to be done. I'm 30 and have literally smoked for over half my life. Please help me - my heart is breaking at what she sees me doing!
