MARY BIRD PERKINS CANCER CENTER The Cancer Center's C.A.R.E. Network has partnered with the Louisiana Campaign for Tobacco-Free Living to offer this successful smoking cessation program.

Over the course of this 8-week program, groups meet for a 1-hour session once a week. In fact, when combined with other smoking cessation efforts, structured classes like these have been proven to greatly increase the rate of quitting successfully. Classes are offered throughout the year in the cities of Baton Rouge and Covington.
